This structure, built in 1885, is the only remaining wood framed cigar factory in Ybor City.  It was initially occupied by Robert Monne & Bros Co. from 1888 to 1892.  Over the years it was home for several cigar manufacturers and cigar related businesses.  Marcelino Perez & Company occupied it from 1926 until 1941.  In 2018 it was completely renovated and is now used as an apartment complex.
